In the spirit of the classic 7" 45 RPM promotion records, this double release is self titled after the Tacoma/Seattle-based working group led by baritone saxophonist Noah Pettibon.

The Baritone and B3 Trio comprises three Tacoma area-natives with longstanding friendships and musical associations, Noah Pettibon, Elliott Turner, and Brady McCowan. However, the latter two being multi-instrumentalists (guitar and saxophone respectively), it wasn't until late 2022 that they began playing in this configuration in private jam sessions in Brady's Hilltop neighborhood basement. Since February of 2023, the group has worked steadily to date, including a bimonthly stint at a Seattle bar that features a 1900-gallon aquarium. Funky digs for funky fellows.
